Continued prayers urged for Nominees for Archbishop of Sydney

The election Synod to elect the next Archbishop of Sydney begins on Tuesday 4th May 2021.

Please uphold in prayer each of the men who have been nominated, and also pray for the whole synod process, that it might be honouring to the Lord and for the good of his people.

The ACL’s position on the Archbishop’s election is that we have no preferred nominee but encourage much prayer for each of these brothers in Christ.

Those nominated are:
