Nominees for the next Archbishop of Melbourne

John Sandeman reports that the names of the four candidates for Archbishop of Melbourne have become public:
• Bishop Ric Thorpe, from the Diocese of London.
• Wei-Han Kuan, Executive Director of CMS Victoria.
• Rev Dr Tim Johnson, Vicar St. John’s Diamond Creek.
• Rev Megan Curlis-Gibson, Vicar at Deep Creek Anglican, Doncaster East.
The Diocese of Melbourne’s Election Synod is set to meet on Friday May 23 and Saturday May 24. (Archbishop Philip Freier retired in February.)
