David Cook has exhortation and encouragement for preachers (and their hearers) –

Reformation Day this year is a Saturday, 31st October, the day in 1517 when Martin Luther hammered his 95 Theses to the doors of Wittenberg Cathedral.

Reformation Sunday is therefore the Sunday preceding, 25th October.

I want in this column to concentrate on the first of the five Solas, Sola Scriptura, Scripture alone.
