ACL Synod Dinner 2026 talk

Toby Neal spoke at the Anglican Church League’s Synod Dinner on Monday 14th September 2026.

He spoke on the topic From Plant to Parish – The Joys and the Pains.

Toby is the Lead Pastor at Vine Church in Surry Hills, which began in 2011 with 16 friends and has grown into a vibrant inner-city church.
